The number of Unique climber is determined by climbers who attend at least one of the events in the target region/division.

Due to the impact of Covid-19, the participation of QE and regional events in Year 2021 (season 2020-2021) deviates significantly from other year/seasons. The timelines for reopening climbing gyms to the public differ significantly across regions/divisions, making regions/divisions data distinct and not directly comparable. The format of QE was also altered to a very unique virtual format than normal in-house competition to follow Covid safety measurement.

Climber can choose to attend QE in different regions. For each region, it will be treated as a unique climber in that region. The "total" number of unique climbers is calculated based on division level rather than region level to prevent duplication. Duplication at division level is intentionally omitted to maintain consistency of records, as only a negligible percentage of climbers (less than 0.1% of the total) participate in the QEs across divisions.
